Nova Shipping Ltd is a crew management and manning company serving ship owners, managers and operators. We recruit, vet and deploy seafarers for all vessel types, and we take care of everything that keeps a crew change on schedule.

Services

Everything a crew needs, from first interview to safe return home.

Crew recruitment

Sourcing, interviewing and vetting of officers and ratings. Verified sea service, references and certificate checks for every candidate.

Documentation & compliance

STCW certificates, flag-state endorsements, medical fitness, seaman's books and visas, all tracked with expiry alerts.

Crew changes & travel

Flights, hotels, port agents and transfers. We plan joining and sign-off around the vessel schedule and local port rules.

Payroll & allotments

Monthly wage accounts, allotments to families and end-of-contract settlements, prepared in line with the CBA and MLC.

Training coordination

Booking of refresher courses, tanker and offshore endorsements, and company-specific familiarisation before joining.

Full crew management

Complete manning of the vessel under a lump-sum agreement, including crew welfare, P&I matters and performance appraisals.
